The PEN rooms will soon be upgraded with new technology. The new PEN system will operate with WebEx. This is much different from our current PEN setup, so the online PEN certification class that we have been using for training purposes does not contain this updated information. Once we have a PEN room that has our new technology installed, we will work on offering a training. We will let you all know when that training is available.
PEN Room Upgrades
