- This is a great, collaborative strategy that can be used in various disciplines.
- It can be used in large or small groups and in online classes (in breakout rooms).
- Implementation is easy. First, give students a question to answer, a problem to solve, or an assignment to read. Then, ask the students to THINK about their answers or the reading on their own. Next,
- PAIR them with another classmate(s), and have them SHARE the answer with them. If you choose to do so, you can also have groups report out (SHARE) with the larger group.
