🌟 Newly Added Sessions
1. Enrollment Services: Strengthening Student Support: This session provides an in‑depth look at key processes within Enrollment Services, offering valuable insights to help faculty and staff better guide students through admissions, registration, and related support pathways.
2. Active Threat Response Training: Led by PTC’s own campus safety professionals, this training equips participants with essential strategies for responding effectively in emergency situations. This is a critical component of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a safe and prepared campus environment.

These short, focused videos serve as practical entry points for faculty, staff, and academic programs that are beginning—or refining—their assessment and continuous improvement work. Please note that these videos come highly recommended by our Associate Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness and Compliance, Dr. Donna Foster.

We’re sure you’ve heard about the new Title II Digital Accessibility requirements, which go into effect on April 24, 2026. Under these updated regulations, all public institutions must comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
While much of the compliance work happens behind the scenes, a significant portion involves the digital content created and shared across the college. These guidelines apply to all materials you create or distribute in D2L, by email, or through any other digital platform.
The good news: it’s easier than it sounds! We’ve created a resource “course” in D2L that includes checklists, color‑contrast tools, practical tips, and background information to help you understand and meet these requirements. You can self-enroll in this course under the Discover tab in D2L.
Thank you for helping us stay in compliance and for supporting a welcoming, accessible environment for all our students!

We invite you to join us as we continue to grow together and advance our commitment to becoming a premier college.
