The Open Education Conference is an annual convening for sharing and learning about open educational resources, open pedagogy, and open education initiatives. Faculty members at NISOD member colleges who would like to attend NISOD’s 2023 International Conference on Teaching and Leadership Excellence, but lack the financial means to do so, are encouraged to apply for a Suanne Davis Roueche Faculty Scholarship. Five scholarships are awarded each year.
The South Carolina Conference on Innovations in Teaching and Learning hosted by Coastal Carolina University invites proposals from faculty, staff, administrators, librarians, graduate students, and other educators involved in pedagogical activities for this year’s conference. The conference will take place both in person and virtually on Thursday, July 20th and Friday, July 21st at Coastal Carolina University. The theme for this conference is The New Three Rs: Reconnecting, Reshaping, Renewal. Proposals should be submitted by Friday, March 24, 2023. Notifications of acceptance will be announced by Monday, May 1, 2023.
